Number Sprint
Phone numbers, prices and IDs fly by. Type them as fast and accurately as you can.
How to play Number Sprint
Read the number
A phone number, price, date or ID appears on screen.
Type it exactly
Every digit and symbol has to match, including dots, dashes and currency signs.
Keep the streak
Streaks raise your score multiplier, and every 10 in a row adds 2 seconds to the clock.
A number typing game for data entry and 10-key speed
Number Sprint is a timed number typing game. Prices, dates, IDs, percentages, invoice numbers and phone numbers appear one at a time, and you type each one exactly, including every dot, dash, comma and currency sign. It is focused practice for the part of typing most people find slowest: numbers and the symbols around them.
You can type with the top number row or a numeric keypad, so it doubles as 10-key practice for accounting and data entry work. The formats get harder as you score: plain numbers, dates and IDs first, then prices and decimals, then percentages, invoices and phone numbers. For a longer session, try the number typing test.
How Number Sprint scoring works
Points per number
Each number scores 10 points per character, symbols included, multiplied by your current multiplier.
Streak multiplier
Every 5 correct numbers in a row raise the multiplier by one, up to x5. One wrong key resets it.
Bonus time
Every 10 correct numbers in a row add 2 seconds to the 60 second clock.
Tips for a higher Number Sprint score
Read the label first
The label above each number, such as Price, Date or Phone number, tells you which symbols to expect before you start.
Use the keypad for digits
If your keyboard has a numeric keypad, use it for long runs of digits and keep your other hand ready for symbols.
Mind the separators
Commas in prices and spaces in phone numbers count. Type them exactly as shown.
Build rhythm, not bursts
An even pace keeps your streak alive longer than fast bursts followed by corrections.
